Little is known about Grand Moff Tarkin, but he lead a life that went strait by the book. He was an excellent Imperial Naval Officer that Quickly went up the ranks faster then an other commanding officer. Soon he was given total control of the Imperial Frontier. He enslaved all opposing systems and conquered any opposing battle. Everyone within the Empire soon started calling him "Master Tactician". He owes all these things to his Theory of Control - "Rule through the fear of force, rather than the force itself". But for now he did not have enough power to control the Outer Rim, it was way too large. This lead him to the planing of the Death Star, which The Emperor approved. The Empire sent all the brightest minds to oversee the construction. He died believing that he could beat the Rebels at the Battle of Yavin. |
