Home planet: Tatooine Status: Jedi Knight, General of the Old Republic Height: 1.75 meters Sex: Male Affiliation: Rebel Alliance Weapon of choice: Lightsaber First appearance: A New Hope      Obi-Wan learned the ways of the force from the Jedi Master Yoda. He fought for Old Republic in the Clone Wars (most likely in prequels). He tried to teach Anakin Skywalker the force, but Anakin became impatient, and was seduced by the dark side.      Ben went to Tatooine and a hermit, "Old Ben". Luke came to Ben when R2D2 said he had a message for Obi-Wan. R2D2 wondered off and Luke went after him. Ben & Luke later go on to save Princess Leia, and Ben confronts Vader. Then Obi-Wan sacrificed his life, to become one with the force, and help Luke Skywalker.
